The naming system has to be one of the strangest I've ever seen. I'm not even sure that it will be the same for your computer, but here is where mine is in Win 10:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070\870911250
Those number *should* be a bit more descriptive for folder names, but perhaps that is a *feature* of some sort. Your numbers may or may not be different. I usually look for it by the one most recently updated.
To be honest, an alternate way is to download the mod from here and stick that folder into your My Documents here:
Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods
I would then rename it so that it is not confused with the Steam mod (you may want to rename it in the modinfo file as well). Then as you are editing you can see what works and what doesn't, and your changes will also not be copied over when they update it (which they frequently do, which is great!).
