[BTS] Eight years war of resistance development thread

Hello everybody. Today, i going to announce a mod that i will be making called "Eight years war of resistance". This mod was set around 1920's to 1940's China and some parts of East asia. This mod was inspired by upcoming Russian Civil war mod and as well the HOI4 mod of the same name.

This looks great and it would be very good to have a new mod in the modpack download section!
I hope you succeed! Unfortunately I am very busy with a ton of other mods but if you want help creating historical events with python then feel free to ask me.
Also I think the map you're looking for ships with BTS.
 
It's CIV4 format but it works with BtS also, and when you convert it into a scenario it will automatically become BTS format.

Sorry for late reply but... I don't think this is a map i wanted.

I'm pretty sure in the Pre Made Maps Download section there is a map only of Asia. Or you could use the map in RFC Asia which looks EXACTLY the same like the on above.

The good news is that i Imported a RFCA map by using a CIV4mapmaker program.

Yeah.... I think the reason it's because RFCA has custom terrain like marsh which a base civ game didn't have. But maybe i should i tried your map first.

Oh, RFCA has custom terrain?! Then my map won't work. You have to manually replace all the custom terrain and bonuses in the map I sent you.
 
Since you have the factions and the map I assume this will come with some sort of scenario with preplaced cities and such? Or is it a pure sandbox where we just go and found our own cities? Nice either way.

Well its a preplaced cities scenario. But i really don't know how to do it tbh.
 
Me neither. Although I imagine you could just use the map editor.
 
You should look through kiwiTT's threads in the RtW sub forum for guidance, he has good info and methodologies for accurate WW2 scenarios. Troop disposition, city population, and the like.

Well.. You can help me to add new tech/units while remove the old tech/units that aren't fit this time period.
