I'd say your pretty close.
I wouldn't suggest only being careful when our close to a ban. Doing that is likely to earn yourself a ban. Being careful all the time is the wisest move.
10 warnings in a few days= a ban so i wouldnt have highlighted that...

This kind of subject is better handled via PM. Keep in mind that we still have the old rules in effect where ≈ 3 warnings = a ban.

I'd imagine only out of repeated violation.
A warning is worth zero points. It does not count towards any possible future ban considerations.
It is more of an 'FYI' type message. Unless they are way over the top signatures do not normally earn people infractions.

I think we should have a 30 days without a point for in order to bring it back to zero or at least shave off at least 1 point.If not,i am saying that this is far too much bullying and unfair.

I don't see how the new system is somehow hampering your freedom of expression.
It's just doing what the Mods have had to do manually for years now and let's the user see all of their items as well. It actually provides the user more information than the older method.
