Emoticon for Civ5 Gods & Kings Art Competition

With the Gods & Kings Expansion Pack comes the need for a new emoticon.

We have emoticons / icons for the other Civ releases:
Civ 1
Civ 2
Civ 3
Play The World
Conquests
Civ 3 Mac.
Civ 4
Warlords
Beyond the Sword
Test Of Time
Civ5
(no Call to Power, or Alpha Centuri though.)

Anyway: Based on the screenshots and artwork for Civ 5 Gods & Kings released, I would invite people to create a small icon for CFC to use for the anticipated expansion.

Rules:
Must be a .GIF file.
Must be no more than 28 x 12 pixels.

Entries should be posted in this thread, and we'll then have a vote for the best. The best entry will be adopted as the post icon for Civ 5 God & Kings, and used at least until the official launch of Civ 5 Gods & Kings.

The icon by Mercade (+ modification by General Olaf) are too big, they need 2 pixels less in the height .

Any reason for picking this? I mean, some that already exist are wider or taller than that...

Looks weird if the G+K icon is super sharp while all the other icons are not

BtS is sharp.. but it is beyond me to fade things at this pixel level!

I like the gold. I was considering doing something like this, but I wanted to keep the font (which I didn't have) and shrinking the letters in the current logo didn't have good quality.

There's an argument that all silver is more accurate, but it's a good connection to the original logo with the gold V in the middle.
