Hi guys!
I just wanted to announce a mod I've been working on - since before Civ4's release!!! It will add new leaders, units, wonders and possible gameplay changes.
As things are completed updates will be posted - right now conceptual work is being finalized.

Nebuchadnezzar, Creative + Industrious; Hereditary Rule
Hammurabi, Organized + Philosophical; Police State
Bowman - Replaces Archer, Has an extra first strike
Ottomans:
Suleyman, Expansive + Philosophical; Beauracracy
Memhed II, Aggressive + Organized; Hereditary Rule
Jannissary - Replaces Musketman, Costs 10 less Shields
Celts:
Brennus, Aggresseive + Spiritual; Paganism
Raider - Replaces Swordsman, +1 Movement, -1 Strength, Requires no Iron
Carthage:
Hannibal, Aggresseive + Financial; Police State
Numidian Mercenary - Replaces spearman, Requires no resources
