Enabling gold gifts and using CSD

Is there a way to use the CSD mod without issues while at the same time still have gold gifting enabled?

I will add a choice to do this in the Civup_Options file. For now, you can simply have USING_CSD set to 0 in Civup_Options, and 1 in Gem_Options, which should do what you want.
