Apologies if this has already been mentioned. I had a scan through but I'm not sure what to title this under.
During a dual war with Spain and Russia I wiped out Spain by claiming their capital and a few turns after liberated a Spanish city that had been previously conquered by Russia bringing them back into the game to offsetting my warmonger score. The following turn, the revived Spain offered a peace deal. I assumed this to be because the game reverts to their political state before they were wiped out. However 3-4 turns later they offered another peace deal. At this point I realized I could never peace out with them but could repeatedly sign peace deals and take their resources. Units cannot enter Spanish territory so overworld at least recognizes the peace deal but diplomatic screen does not. I have currently signed maybe 5-10 successive peace deals.
