Energy Harness (7-19-06)

I made this for the SMAC guys (even if they didn't ask for it ), but figure it can be used in other places as well. It's a combo wind, solar, and tidal energy harness. Unfortunately the tidal turbine isn't showing, but it's there. No anims yet, but I'm getting closer to trying.
