So here's a funny story. It involves a story about England, and them declaring massive wars against numerous City States. At least 4, within a few turns of each other.
I didn't think much of it, as I was busily squashing the Ottomans. But I thought it odd that England would be at war with so many different City states, and after dozens of turns, not capture any or go to peace.
After the Otto's were ought, England was next, so I decided to start poking around.
The Verdict? The english army contained ONLY longbowmen. Guess what Longbowmen can't do? Capture cities. You have to melee attack to do that. All the city states they were at war with were at 0 health, but with nothing around to conquer them.
So... can we get some new AI soon, pretty please?
