well, riley was quite ok for a riley today.
that linesman was dreadful though, unfortunately.

That is going to be a massive game, since Villa played quite well, but will this defeat be mentally draining.

@salty mud, you have to be kidding.

Let's hope so. It's only half a million on it, 5th and 6th both get a UEFA place although the Arse have to play United, Chelsea and the Scum in the run-in...

After the result, top 4 must be locked.
My only worry is that my team (Arsenal) has ManUtd and Liverpool out, and generally a difficult fixture list

Edit: ParadigmShifter, didn't see your post, so that is pointless...

    Agreed.

Dunno where the comments about cheating or the linesman come from. Two absolute howlers of sendings-off over the weekend's EPL games, but I didn't see any key decisions in the top four's games which went the wrong way.

Let's face it though, Gary Neville is unequivocally not a top level centre-back, and Fergie's decision to have him (at times) mark John Carew strikes me as one of his oddest of the season, regardless of injuries.

well, there were two or three scenes were villa got called offside when clearly being onside.
one time young would have been through and one on one with van der saar...

that was just because that linesman was unable to keep up with the game. he just wasnt in the right spot by a long shot on all these occasions and called offside out of fear to totally mess it up.
but it's very clear that he just cant see if it's offside from where he's standing...

i agree on neville. i mean fergie waited for them to concede a goal because of it before he changed it...

Yeah, Leeds will only make play offs again.. an stuff it up again..

If this happens, half our team will get poached :(

An Yah, I want ANYONE but ManU, so TBH, Liverpool being knocked out of Euro will help galvanize them in Prem.
