Enhanced Naval Warfare for Vox Populi

    So a few bugs:

    1) The Modern Destroyer is getting a +75% vs subs as expected, but the promotion it has still says +33%, as is also noted in the civilopedia.

    2) The regular destroyer is also getting a +75%, and I believe that is still supposed to be +33% only.

    actually it's designed to be 33% more strenght vs sub + 33% attack vs sub (PROMOTION_ANTI_SUBMARINE_I)

    Didn't I change it to 33% attack and 33% defense? The extra +33% in the UI is a bug and isn't even counted on itself.

    After a few more games, including my last one that was very sub heavy, my thoughts on the Submarine (aka the regular one before attack).

    Offense Wise its in a decent spot. I found in general its doing comparable offense to a dreadnought against a destroyer, and doing about 10-13 more damage against a dreadnought. Now once dreadnoughts get logistics its a different story. But what makes the sub work is honestly not its raw strength, its the ability with move and fire to concentrate a lot of fire power into a small space.

    So what I'm finding is that in generally I prefer to build more ranged ships than subs up to a point. In the later game as my fleet supply opens up, if I don't have to concentrate on land too much then I will start investing in subs (or if my iron is low). While I can only get a little bit more value out of more ranged ships in a really large fleet due to space limitations, every sub can generally contribute.

    I will say their CS is probably a little bit low. Destroyers can one shot them with standard BPIII if conditions are right. I don't mind subs being fragile but that's a bit much.

    Your pic shows Destroyer +33% Bonus vs Sub twice !
    I don't know where does it come from.

    @Tekamthi , as someone who loves naval history, I always missed cruisers, so I added a shoot-n-scoot 1-range cruiser line (while keeping the shoot and stop long range battleship with heavy punch and many HP), but I must say, I really hate shoot-n-scoot units once they gain too many movement points. It's too tedious to move them around and swap.
