EotSS analogue for earlier CIVs

Hi to all.

I was never a big fan of Civ5 despite its obvious merits, but its Empire of the Smoky Skies scenario is very cool. I'd want to play something steampunk-ish but in previous Civ games, like Verne scenario in Civ2 MGE for instance. Is there any scenario/mod in steampunk setting for Civ2 ToT/Civ3/Civ4?
