Error 1305

Hey folks, I don't see a bug reports forum, so I guess I'll just throw this out here: I'm getting an runtime error "1305" whenever I try to load this mod. I have Civ 4 1.61 and whatever the latest warlords patch is. I can load other mods just fine, but not this one. Can anyone help?

Does the error say anything else? Also, are you sure you're using the Warlords version of RFC and not, for example, the BTS one?
