Error - One or more Mods failed to load content

I attempted to start a game and got this error. I assume this may have something to do with the fact I have ~180 mods enabled. How can I fix this whilst disabling the least amount of mods possible?

Additionally, the database and modding files do not match today's date.

Honestly, good luck. Your Database log is chock full of errors and it's quite an ask for someone to go through all of it.

If you really want all those mods then my advice would be to go through each one and first verify that they are updated and work with the most recent game version by checking the description and comment sections on Steam. Next you would need to prioritize and start enabling them in blocks of 5 or 10, starting a game and checking the logs for errors. Then fixing or eliminating the problematic mods. I mean it's going to be a tedious process because the issues could be outdated mods, mod conflicts with the game or each other, or just plain errors in the mod itself.
