Error?

Hi!

When I start loading civ4 after installing the 1.61 patch this message appears before I come to the main menu in the game.
" Tag: TECH_Communism in info class was incorrect. Current XML file is Units/Civ4UnitsInfos.XML"?
What does that mean and how can I fix that?

its a broken code
i get this to and have no idea how to fix it

Do you have version 1.52 mods in your My Documents\My Games folder? They are not compatible. Rename or remove the Civ folder under my games. Download new v.61 versions of your favorite mods.
