A New Faction could be added but to flesh them out would require a great deal more and radically change the Game.
I am thinking of simply adding a Grey Alien Unit armed with a Laser to the Zombies that would be Auto-produced toward the end game. Possibly add more than one Alien Unit.

There are a variety of different Units in the Game and an Alien for the Zombies could add yet another addition for fun.

The Zombies can use more power toward the end game.
Like all other living things on the Island, Aliens are not immune to the Zombie Virus and can be infected... why Not? :lol:

The "To Be Continued" MOD/Scenario, if made, was intended to have the Company Return to Earth with the only antidote for the Zombie Virus and their Plan to gain Great Wealth and World Power. The Zombies would have taken over Paradise Island and would be threatening to infect the entire World.

The Mainland would show much more land, therefore the Game would be larger. The Race to save the World from the Zombies as well as the Company would be the main goal of the Game.

Thanks for the Positive feedback guys... Good to know that there are players still interested in the Game.

I had planned to Upload the Update in January but decided to add some Units, Key Locations and Improvements.
There are a few things in the Civilopedia that I also corrected and made some changes to prevent exploits.

Game Testing requires about 100 Hours per game.

Might sound strange to some players but I added the Dark Alien and Alien Egg Plant with the Spaceship for the Zombies. The Aliens were observing Paradise Island and planned an Invasion there. The Farmers fertile Farmland was found to be the perfect place to Grow The Alien Egg Plants... The Aliens become infected by the Zombie Virus and join with the Zombies against the Humans. The Aliens are not a separate Faction, they are part of the Zombie Faction. Game Testing has shown the Alien Units to be a Formidable addition for the Zombies. The Alien Egg Plant is especially Deadly as it moves four, Lethal Land and Sea Acid "Spit" Bombard with Blitz, All Terrain as Roads and is Airdropped by the Spaceship up to 13 tiles. The Alien additions for the Zombies actually work very well and adds to what I call the "Plausible Reality" of this Game.

The Farmers wanted a Farm Tractor to help Irrigate Farmland, Clear Dead Bodies, Build and Repair Roads and Run Over Zombies :)
...have not decided if a Farm Tractor will be placed at Zeb's Farm and maybe another one at the Coffee Plantation or set up an Auto-production to gain a couple of them.

Because Farmland produces a great deal of Food, irrigation will require 18 base turns to complete. This is to slow the Population Growth at Zeb's Farm and the Coffee Plantation mainly for the AI when it plays as the Farmers but the Human Player will be able to handle Irrigation faster than the AI by using multiple workers and the Farm Tractor.

Have been taking a short break after Game Testing and making adjustments the past two months. Now working on the Farm Tractor. All Animations are ready to render other than the Death I am animating now.
The Farm Tractor will be what I call a "Farm Tractor Red" color, so making the Palette will no doubt cause some grief as the Red color renders over and mixes with the Magenta background. White and Black Smoke are used and that requires additional colors as the Smoke moves across parts of the Tractor in some directions. I made a Blade Attachment and an Irrigation Attachment used when the Farm Tractor does its work.

There are several Units that I still want to Replace such as the Pyromaniac that I prefer to be a Civilian with a Flamethrower, the Guard Dog that basically now Barks the enemy to death :lol: and a few other units I would like to remake or replace with something better.

I will Upload the Update before Remaking all of the Units I want to replace as that would require much more time to complete the Update.

May I ask if your plans include remaking of any female unit? Some of them such as Gatling Gal or Biker Girl look a bit too old if compared to latest standards...

I agree that those Units are dated and are really meant to be sort of "tongue in cheek" type Units. As time continues I may indeed remake those Units as well as Others.

One Thing about a MOD, there is Always more that can be Done... Some people would call that "Job Security" :lol:
MODs are never really finished as long as there is continued work on them.
 
sandswoll... Thank You for your interest and Yes, I have not been well lately and have started another New Unit for the Zombies. I have added and corrected many more things. New Units, Key Locations, etc...
As soon as I can "Regroup" and be able to work as I want, I will complete the Unit I am working on, add it and Game Test for the New Additions and Adjustments... then I will Upload it.

Personally, I believe my latest additions and adjustments to the Game have better corrected and completed the Game to be the Best to date. It has been a long time and Life has gone on and also taken it's toll but it has been Great to continue to develop what has been around quite a long time.

If it helps to understand... I have worked on this Game many years and it has been Fun to do and especially Good to know that others have had some Fun Playing it and an ongoing interest in it. I am an Older Guy and have my personal problems in life along with Age. I fully intend to complete what I am working on for this Game and release it as soon as I can.
The Additions and Adjustments that I have already added work very well and are Fun to Play with.
Bear with me... I believe I will be better within the next month and able to continue work on the Game.
 
Vuldacon, not that I don't applaud your efforts nor admire your talents and output, but we both know you'll never consider EFZI to be complete. You haven't even after you released an edition called ‘EFZI 2 Complete’. ;)
 
The ambiance is great, humans can "shoot" via bombarding, and the leader system is unique. The Company is fairly easy to play as considering they have mechs :borg:. One problem though - sometimes the game will crash when I click through some of the Civilopedia entries. Not major considering the Civilopedia is not vital, but it'd be a nice touch to be able to go through it without a spontaneous game-killing crash. Amazing work though!
