I like that, maybe make the hut's look more straw-like with a lighter color that has more yellow in it. Also the adobe buildings could have more of an adobe tone to them.

I know you have named this an Ethiopian set, but were you also thinking of a Mali set with the distinctive kinds of buildings found in Timbuktu?

I made a better centerpiece, again from Mali. The larger houses are ethiopian, so the set will be a generic sub-saharan (if Ethiopia counts as that too) african.

That's a good point - the terrain should look more arid, but the buildings look great!
