Should we use the current static Lars (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=152663 ,link 1) or Aigimios (http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=8907, link 2) as Lars or another LH like the Marcus Antonius mentioned before as Lars?

It depends IMO. If you give all leaders a static image, I vote for the first. If you want to give them an animated image, I vote for the second.
