Eureka moments prevent wonder construction

I'm not sure if it's the only wonder effected, or if it even is a bug. The Chichen Itza wonder becomes obsolete once an industrial era technology is researched, according to the Civilopedia. Although when a eureka moment is triggered for an industrial tech it can no longer be built. This has happened in 3 of my games so far. No pop-up shows that another player has built the wonder.

This just happened to me. Another civ got to Industrial Era and it interrupted my Chichen Itza construction which was 70%+ complete, even though I'm not in the Industrial Era. No wonder construction pop-up was shown.

This makes Chichen Itza impossible to build at higher difficulties. Not sure if it also applies to other wonders. Extremely frustrating bug.
