Unlike EU3, there won't be a bonanza of buildings this time, but EU4 still contains some stuff that is useful for Civ 4.

The fort pack contains forts of four tiers (starting with medieval era and ending with Napoleonic) for various geographic regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, North and South America, Far East). In total, it has 28 individual buildings.

Big picture of all of them:

Oh wow nice work on these conversions Walter.

Its my understanding that apart from graphics you can see on the map, EU4 doesn't really have city building graphics, which explains what you said in your opening post.

Yep, that's true. I've also converted a lot of ships from there (for Middle East and Indian subcontinent), but they all can be found in RI 3.3.

I have converted some and included in RI - Macchu Picchu, Kremlin, Bamyan Buddhas, Himeji. We don't really need stuff like Angkor Wat and Chichen Itza, or even Petra (since it's already available on CFC). I can post those here if someone needs them.

Those are really great but when I build the Macchu Picchu, the code put it on the top of a nearby mountain. But your model isn't really fit for that and it ends up in something a bit weird. Is it possible to have a version already fitted on a peak so it would overlap the entire mountain and resolve the problem?

Since being placed on a mountain is not a normal in-game behaviour for wonders, I am guessing you're using it with some kind of python component? Could you please point me to it so I could have a look?

I don't think it will work with that component. It was converted and tweaked by me to work like a regular city building. Sorry.

You tried, continue to convert more buildings.
I tried installed the fortresses and now they are noticable and I want to defend them.

Great set, even if the ones from EU3 were more usable in Civ IV
Thanks again for the conversion Walter!
