This is a mod a made a while ago for my Europe Map, that might be useful to upload for everybody. The mod adds several new civilizations, new units, new wonders, and minor game play changes. Below is a list of some of the changes.


GAME PLAY
Spoiler :
Irrigation w/o water moved to Engineering
New Gvnt: Fundamentalism
Democracy, Communism, Fascism, & Fundamentalism are civ specific
Technology rate has been increased (anc=200%; med=200%,ind=150%;mod=100%)
Timeline has been changed to mirror tech rate
Road and Naval movement increased

Brandenburg Gate (Free Police Station in Every city on Continent)
Eiffel Tower (+1 Trade in Each Trade-Producing Tile)
Kremlin (Free Civil Defense in Every city on Continent)
Statue of Zeus (requires Olive Oil, not Ivory)

TIPS & SUGGESTIONS
Spoiler :
Play with the no city limit patch (map will be mostly filled, but a few islands will not have cities)
Remove 2-3 civs for faster gameplay
England, Germany, and Russia need to be beefed up, if you want them to be a factor towards the end game (two extra settlers usually does the trick)
For the first researched tech, change the science slider to 20%, afterwards tech research moves at good pace

This mode is a good idea, I like it. :king:
There are some points:

Hungary was a monarchy form of government for almost a thousand years.
Communism was a short period, now a republic.
why Austrian and Hungarian, Russian and Ukrainen, etc. units are the same?

Hungarian hussar
Russian komisar/commissar
Ukrainen Don Cossaks

Only the industrial era governments are fixed, so Hungary can still be a monarchy, which its there preferred government. I did it this way because I didn't like how England, Russia, etc., would often choose Fascism over Democracy or Communism. Hungary like all former Warsaw Pact members (except (East) Germany and Romania) can research Communism, but not Democracy or Fascism.

When I made the mod I was in a hurry to play the map, so I just used the mod I made for myself and add several new countries. Russia and Austria were in the mod while Hungary and Ukraine were not, so for the new countries I allowed them to use units from others that made some sense. One of the things I'll work on when I have more time is to add at least one Unique Unit to each civ. If you or anyone else have suggestions feel free to offer them.
