I support blocking how to make bombs.

Right because we are children and shouldn't be looking at naughty material.

I thought blocking sites was for schools and dictatorships? Personally, I'm a grown adult and live in free country and if I want learn how to make napalm or build a nuclear weapon then I will.

As if this were technically possible. A whole book about making bombs is only a few MB in .pdf format, and they were already available when i was young and immoral and EDonkey was "the thing". Not to mention you can simply email it to your fellow conspirators.
