[Lua] Events.SerialEventStartGame() Usage?

    Does anybody have any tips on how Events.SerialEventStartGame() works? Specifically, what setup is required to start a game with it? I'm reviewing the existing Lua scripts which use it, but it's a rather complex set of code to work through, especially without full documentation.
