[R&F] Events that give you era score?

I have been thinking of events that give you era score and came up with this list:

Build your first ship
Clear a barb camp
Upgrade a Warrior to a Swordsman
Kill an enemy with a Great General in range
Build your first aeroplane
Build a wonder
The first city you settle on another continent
The first time a city reaches size 10 and 20 in population. (maybe size 30 too?)
Get the notification for building a sprawling empire. I got this when I settled my 9th city on turn 137. (Epic speed)
Build your unique unit and building.

Does anyone know other ways of getting era score?

I don't look at Civilopedia any more because it seems relatively lacking in information.

You get era points for settling in desert and tundra.
Building a district with a +3 or greater modifier...

Being the first to circumnavigate the world
Launching the satellite
