Ever get 'empty' trade proposals?

Do you ever get nothingsauce trade proposals like these pictured? I'm wondering what might cause this and whether the community experiences the same thing. These are not every time...just once in a while.

I'm not using any other mods but am using a slightly customized modpack (no diplo or trade values have been changed).

I had the same problem and reported it as a bug. No idea what caused it. I did a fresh reinstall, however, and it disappeared.
