What is the favourite film of the staff of this site?

    Quadrophenia (1979)

Why? Answer will be revealed at a later stage, but needless to say, it is rather evil...:satan:

Presumably this relies on a pretty dire pun apropos mods and rockers. Or is TF a blind pinball wizard? Oh no, that was Tommy, wasn't it.

Damn you Yorkshireman! DAMN YOU TO HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    ;)
You guess correctly for an Englishman, so I will now reveal my humourous aside:
"We are the mods, we are the mods, we are, we are, we are the mods!"

Yes, it is VERY dire, but think of the possibilities...
Which moderator would wear the natty little hat?
Who would be Sting, and combine a sullen presence with exemplary behaviour as a bell boy?
Where would Stormerne stand so that his hulking shadow did not obscure the ambient light;) ?
Where would we get enough hay to feed Cunobelin in between takes?
Where would we get all the little scooters?
How would we resurrect Keith Moon to play on the soundtrack and assist as producer? (We could always get the Reverend Moon....)

    Prese consider the possibilities -

suddenly, the message comes to an abrupt halt as Graeme Chapman tears the screen in half.
"Now look here, this post has got far too silly, and I'm going to have to stop it. Director, cut to the next scene will you.

As all turns to black, Eric Idle in his guise as the jailer from the Life of Brian appears and apologetically stutters:
    "Ddddddddon't mmmmind him sir, he's m, he's m- , he's mad sir Completely mad"

Well to be fair to you, it is no worse than the idea I had a while ago for the Civ 3 General Discussions (strangely not discussing great generals) in the "Which will be your first custom civ?" thread. My plan was to lead the fabled Yoghurt empire to a cultural victory.
