I realize that this is an old scenario. But I have decided to play it anyway and here are my comments:

It is a simple "MOD" and a simple game. It is reasonable and I think I'll play it once. But probably not twice.

Here are some features that could be improved:
- There are no NEW techs (they are blocked)
- There are no unique units
- There is no oil so production is limited. It is a pity that you can't build modern ships, bombers and fighters.
