So here's the Exp leaders in Warlords:

Bismark - Ind
Isabella - Spi
Mao - Pro
Mehmed - Org
Peter - Phi
Shaka - Agg
Washington - Cha

Now, I think Exp totally sucks -- particularly for Isabella and Mao -- so I'm trying to think of some good alternative traits to mod some or all of these.

Isabella should obviously be Protective. Saladin could be put back to Phi, I liked him better that way. This would make Gandhi a dupe, which I'd rather avoid, but might overlook in this case..

Mao could be put back to Phi or Org.

Peter being Exp doesn't bother me much; Russia is already crazy powerful. Maybe I'll just give this guy Cre, unless you have a beter idea.

Going by what's left among Inds, Bismark could be Imp or Cha, but I don't know as either fits him?

Mehmed II... I don't know squat about this guy. Anyone?

Shaka - Organized (No he wasn't very "Organized" per se, but it'd be the closest fit gameplay-wise)

I'm a little unsure what to do with Washington because Cha/Fin and Cha/Org are both taken. I'm tempted to go with Phi. Not because he himself was particularly Phi, but the "founding fathers" taken as a whole sure were...

@Gherald: expansive is fine and fits good to this leaders: expansive leaders achieve fast population growth and can tolerate crowed cities.

the heath bonus and the fast construction of granary and harbour is good enough it just has to been used
