Expert Marksman Archer/Maryannu Chariot Archer overlap bug

Description: Moving a unit over an Archer after doing half of a double-attack provided by Expert Marksman apparently prevents them from attacking. The only recourse is to move them, which can be impossible in situations where they're boxed in, or deleting them.

How to Produce: Using a level 4 archer with the Expert Marksman feature, attack once, then move any unit into the Archer. Because the Archer has attacked, it has no movement left, so it will prevent the swap, putting them in a sort of limbo until the other unit is removed or the Archer moves.

Patch version: 1.0.0.26 (221715)

Other Notes: ARCHER BUG save is when it's in play and provides an unfavorable solution while the PRE-ARCHER BUG save is when it's active and ready to be triggered (ie Move a unit into the Archer)

I've loaded your pre-archer save and see the problem. If you consume the Expert Marksman archer's last shot, before trying to move the Maryannu chariot archer onto the archer's tile, the Maryannu can't move onto that tile (as it shouldn't, given 1 UPT). But, if you move the Maryannu archer before consuming the archer's last shot, the Maryannu archer can move onto the archer's tile, and both units get stuck (the archer can't move or use his remaining shots and the Maryannu can't move any more, since it has consumed all of its movement points by moving onto the tile).

This does appear to be related to Expert Marksman, but there is something wonky with the archer's movement in any event. For some reason, even though the archer shows 0/2 MP left, he can still move back one tile along the road and shoot two times. It may be that the game thinks a unit position swap can be done here, but it cannot (if you move the Maryannu onto the road, freeing up the Maryannu's existing tile, the archer cannot move onto the Maryannu's old tile).
 
The issues seems to affect all units moving into archers after using one of the two Expert Marksman shots. What I've noticed is that if you use one, you can't do a full swap, but if you shoot two and try to swap it works.
