Good Morning:
In patch 1.0.0.26, I believe that the 4th promotion for ranged, expert marksman, is having the reverse effect. I moved a unit, and was able to fire twice. On the other hand, when I did not move the unit, I could only fire once. Based on the promotion's description, I expected the reverse to be true.
