Hello Civ 7 Fans !

I have been working on getting my 30 points for Treasury Fleets and was stopped at 28 with just one move from 2 ships to get me over the hump when Exploration Age came crashing down on me. I had about 6 towns making treasury fleets as well. My question is how can you speed up the production of TF Ships. Also what is the turn time or length between towns making TF ships. I have a few hundred hours into the game but still learning about how the ship just magically appear. Any help would be great. Civ 7 is here !!

I don't think you can speed up the production of treasure fleets. But, you should place cities to have two or more treasure resources that you can work. Then a treasure fleet will carry two or more loads at a time. Three treasure points is better than one.

If you go to the resources tab, it shows how many turns until the next treasure fleet shows up. You can’t speed up their production.

It’s mostly just random map luck. Sometimes you just find a juicy island with 4+ treasure resources right off your coast. You can play on continents PLUS to improve your chances.

It helps to take some risks if you aren't finding islands easily (lose some units to Ocean damage). I've had excellent luck with Chola - their special Fleet Commander can really see far away. I actually send one or two out unescorted (unless open hostilities).

The biggest threat seems to be IP Archers!

IIRC it's every 8 turns from the moment shipbuilding has been obtained. It can't be rushed.

To slow down age transfer I’ll park my Treasure Fleets in a safe spot and then unload them when I have the thirty points.
