In the War for Saltpeter thread there is a general agreement that we need this extremely valuable resource, and taking it from Rome seems to be our only safe way of ensuring a long-term supply.
This poll is to determine the preferred timing of that war. There will be a subsequent poll on the declaration itself, as required by our laws.

- As soon as the military is ready. The deals we had with Rome where we gave GPT or a resource have ended, so our trading reputation will not be harmed by declaring war.
- Wait until all the deals where they give us money are ended.
- Much later, when we have better units which don't require saltpeter.
