Fantastic Worlds vs. MGE

I'm kind of confused... is there anything included in Fantastic Worlds that is not included in MGE? If so, what?

FW is the older game. MGE is built on it, but there are differences. The AI in MGE is a lot less friendly, for one. If you like scenarios, MGE has a much larger events file then FW, but there is a scoring bug in MGE in that cities cannot have 2x or 3x times Victory point value, and of course, if you want to play on the net, you need MGE.
