Fastest to lib?

What is the fastest date that you got lib, and did you get it by bulbing or manually researching?
My personal fastest: 500AD (the time when I immortal rushed 5 people), I bulbed Edu but manually researched lib.

I got to Liberalism in 470 AD as England.

It's probably worth delaying lib then to get a better tech.

I've gotten it ~500bc on settler, but that doesn't count so meh. My last game on emp i had it researched to one turn by 550ad.

The hall of fame has a space race win at 10 BC, so lib must have been early, but I don't have an exact date.

Speed and difficulty skew this heavily. Fastest by far is going to be settler/mara.

Huts are broken...apart from the Settlers, he got 15 techs in 22 turns on Marathon. Think I'll play those settings once to relax after a Deity try.
