After the Favorite Pink Floyd CD thread, I had to explore the matter further. I'm not going to post a poll of songs(that would be dumb), so just post your selection.

I say "Wish You Were Here" is the best Pink Floyd song ever, but it is fallowed closely by "Money"

"Echoes"--simply beautiful.
"Dogs"--a true decription of some humans, unfortunately. (Hell, all the songs on "Animals" describe different types of humans--I love that whole album.)
"Fearless"--just like the song.
"Wish You Were Here"--same.
"Hey You"--the best song on "The Wall" IMHO

"Time" is wondefully depressive.

Honorable mentions for Hey You, Comfortably Numb, Have a Cigar, and BrainDamage/Eclipse (I view them as one song).

quoting from memory here
"The sun is the same in a relative way but your older
Shorter of breadth, and one day closer to death!"

1. Comfortably Numb
Waiting for the Worms
The Thin Ice
Time &
Money of course
Brain Damage
etc...
etc...

"Run Like Hell" I especially like the live version from "Is Anybody Out There?" (The Wall Live).

"Welcome to the Machine"

and

"Money"

Da Wall.....sorry, Da Bears flashback.
The Wall :D

"Time"
"Comfortably Numb"
"Money"
I just  Pink Floyd!!!

Has to be the Dark Side sequence starting with "Breathe".

"Learning to Fly" is a great one as well.

One of these days... is my favorite on the Pompei Soundtrack
Echoes
The Gnome
Interstellar Overdrive

Echoes... Or Shine on You Crazy diamond (pt 1 and 2) ... Or perhaps Atom Heart Mother... Or Dogs...

Difficult to point out a clear fav. But one of these I guess... I cant compare the three minutes long "Hey You" (wich i also love) with the 24 minutes long "Echoes"...

my favourite is the division bell (but im not 100 its the real name for the song), then money, then the rest
