Favorite soundtrack

I absolutely love the medieval themes, especially the ones with religious connotation, with a choir singing in latin.
The Chant Deus, Chant Laudate and Chant Regen are some of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.

Also Baba Yetu is a killer track.

Definitely all of the Industrial soundtrack is excellent, especially the DvorakSlavonic ones. I also love Justinian's diplomacy track. Hannibals is also quite excellent.

The future soundtrack where the choir sings, "The people are the heroes, not the she-men nor the peasants. Hah" For civilizations late Mayans and ottomans are good tracks.

Ancientsoundtrack2 is the best :old:

Ottomans have such beautiful strings in their medieval theme, I love Egypt's simple theme, sort of like something you would hear everyday, and the Netherlands industrial theme remind me of the circus:)

Victoria_Early is easily my favorite.

AncientSoundtrack2 is great too.

While Baba Yetu is certainly very good, I particularly like The People Are The Heroes Now (One of the Modern-era songs) and The Song of the Volga Boatmen (Peter's theme)

I generally find Civ III music to be better than Civ IV music, though. :)

Most of the tracks that bring me back to the halcyon days of Civ 2. Monty, the Caesars, Mao, the Egyptians and Persians... Did I miss any?

I also really like Charlemagne's theme and most of the Classical and Renaissance era tracks.

The soundtrack is like the glue in the civ addiction recipe.

If I make it to the renaissance era the game will be finished.

When the game reaches the industrial era I am NOT leaving the computer chair!

Thank you Beethoven. And that amazing Brahms Hungarian piece.

It wouldn't be the same without the soundtrack to give feeling to the civ world.
