How do i actually post a poll
theres a tick box in the post new thread screen but i cant see what to do from there.

Can anyone help me?

:scan: :p

I go to Democracy as soon as possible and stay there. It boosts the trade arrows you receive, every turn a city celebrates and has extra food, it adds a citizen and your cities and units cannot be bribed.

I almost picked Monarchy, since I feel that it is a dramatic difference compared to despotism. I also spend too much time there instead of switching up the line to republic (my stress on wonder building over outright trading, I suppose.) In fact I often quit a game in the early stages, since I feel that I have a "won game" & it is all over but for the shouting.

I voted for democracy, in that a well run democracy offers flexability as well as great returns (economic as well as scientific). Fundy offers great safety and is a lot of fun to play, especailly when one is hurried and careless -- my second choice of the advanced governments.

Vote Fundamentalism come on its the best by miles... no unhapiness.. everyones happy!!!

sorry was checking to see if signed in. against a human player you have to be a democracy or bribes will kill you. but the computer players never bribe so you can be a commie to win fast

Mangor: you can always go back an edit a previous post: just click the EDIT button on the top right of the box, rather than adding another one. If you do it within a minute or two it wont say "Last edited by xxxxx on xx/xx/xx at xx:xx:xx".

Maybe in classic civ, but in MPG the AI most certainly will bribe your units and cities. In fact, one of its cheats is that any ai unit can bribe your units.

FunD all the way. If you are able to expand well and have developed good trade, you can still be getting techs at a decent rate, not to mention the huge bank account you can get. Also, you can put together a huge army in FunD. It's pretty fun to walk on the AI using over 30 tanks.

Also, if it's a post you want deleted, just PM me or use the 'report post to Moderator' link that is at the bottom of every post and put a brief message like 'duplicate, please delete'. :goodjob:

I have not played mp yet so I dont really know the factors in that arena....But against AI republic all the way!!I usually develope tech.leading to it first of. Then I stay there.Always good results.

My approach is more holistic; I prefer the government that gets me where I want to go at the time. If my goals switch, and I require a new government, I change when I can...preferably after building the Statue of Liberty.

Therefore, my choice in the poll is "mu".

haha. Like Christmas. HAHA!

I do Despotism > Monarchy > Communism.

Too lazy to play Democracy. But I also don't build cities exclusively on hills and mountains anymore, either, so maybe I'll check that out sometime.

I play Fundamentalism if I have certain techs (e.g., armor, howitzers).
