Back when i used to be a lead guitarist (and possibly today too) these were arguably the top two guitars.
Which of the two do you prefer, or even have played? I bought a fender stratocaster years ago, Gibson has great sound too but it was too expensive.
The fender seems to be a lot better for clean sound, whereas overdrive is more suited to the gibson, although obviously the amp plays a huge role as well.
