FfH trivia game thread

Name two civs that have cities named after (or, at least, with the same name as) places on Earth.

There are definitely more than two. Off the top of my head are Aylesbury and Dunwich (Lanun), Bryn, (Malakim), Costa del Sol (Grigori) and Nubia (Calabim).

Searching through the excel file turns up a few that are probably coincidental, like Steinvik (Doviello), Foxford (Elohim) and Pax (Kuriotates).

Well done! Your turn...

What is the highest strength that a Flesh Golem produced by the priest spell could have without using the WorldBuilder, and what two units would be used?

Eurabatres and Abashi (in case you have converted the other one with inquisitor) - they're both beasts. It should work, but I didn't test it.

EDIT: the strength would be 21.

not unless you remove the golem promotion from them in wordbuilder or in the xml. (once when I was feeling especially silly I replaced the golem promo of flesh golems with immortal and continued to graft all my units together. That was a fun game;))

My favorite flesh golems using Sureshot's mod were always the Svartalfar hero lunace with a banshee- immortal strong spellcasting golems!

GeeJo, can you confirm if the answer above was right or not? (btw the two dragons' golem works fine)

Hero 1 and 2 + Orthus' axe?

mutated +2
orthus axe
spiritual hammer, bless, poison blade
sheut stone

I suppose dragons can't get weapons legally. The same with hero promotions.

together: 23+1Fire+1Poison+1Holy+1Death = 27 str

+ combatV, stigmata, etc. but those don't count to strength

I hope that's all.

Can Flesh Golems use Great Commanders?

- Niilo
