Perhaps someone can help me with this. :)
I got my own site, and therefore have to manage spam myself. Lately it got quite worse.

So I have three headers here. What should I block at the admin panel to really block these spammers?

I think I should be worried of the fact that I'm a moderator, but haven't thought of it myself.
