As much as I dig what they've done with the Maori, not being able to build districts on bonus resources is going to kill me. I saw so many prime spots I'd otherwise love to settle if not for sheep, fish, or crabs obstructing the layout I enjoy using.

No, Drought has a different icon.

There are icons for both the start and the end of disasters. This is for sure the end of a drought.

This is actually a harsh penalty. Even with an aqueduct, you might lose a pop due to missing food from the pillaged farm in later stages.

It could be a bit more smooth and have less hard edges in ancient era, but I like the water going through the city and waterfront feeling.

Yeah, kind of feels an ancient era canal city should just look like a trench that was dug out, and then when you get to a later era, then the nice stone channel could be added in.

I didn't post here, wanted to focus on the stream. It went kind of fast, so some features were not shown like the ampitheater replacement. Overall it gives a good feel how the civ will play. Getting those early city state envoys, extra goodie huts, circumnavigating the entire world first era score, loyalty and space issues.

Carl was giving me a heart attack putting that settler/archer in between 2 barbarian warriors. He's so lucky that didn't get wiped out. He had 1 hp left I think
