Civilization VI Livestream: City Growth and Combat
September 22 @ 12:00pm
Scheduled by: Hinkle2K
Join the lead developers of Civilization VI for a special livestream on Twitch where we'll be diving into specifics on City Growth and Combat.
Watch here http://twitch.tv/firaxisgames
This just popped on STEAM.
Firaxis livestream and then Pats-Texans.
What a boring day.
I already posted the same thing.
Hopefully they show off some corps and armies.
"growth and combat"
I hoped it would be more like "spies and culture"....
Are you kidding these sounds like great things to learn more about. We know a lot, but not everything.
Hopefully they will expand on the trading post and amenities mechanics.
Combat, excellent. Hope there's some naval combat too (unlikely I think).
Oooh! Sounds like fun!
Thanks for the heads up.
Sounds good, but how much can they cover in an hour? We never really get to see a Civ do anything significant in these playthroughs.
These live streams are just carrot on a stick, just enough information to string us along till the release
Yeah, I guess the Youtubes are where the long-term gameplay is shown.
For carrot on a stick purposes, I hope we get some new music tracks to enjoy in the pre-show. My favorite is still the modern Japan theme, and I'm quite tired of hearing the American theme (which is in literally every single First Look video).
Since they are showing us combat and playing as Rome, I'm thinking we will see some Roman Legion units in action. Yes!
Depends on how many times Ed gets distracted by random things like the day/night cycle.
Let's hope Ed gets distracted enough to open the civilopedia again.
Called it hyped !
Very nice to view another livestream!
American football game.
Ah, okay, so nothing Civ-related
I thought I was missing out on something very interesting.
Offtopic fun fact: American Football in Dutch is called 'rugby'. Which is confusing as rugby is also called 'rugby'
Separate names with a comma.
