these cities don't have much overlap and will significantly increase your output in all respects.

For me workboats at start are too slow. 4f vs a farmed food tile at start.
Assuming I don't go quelcha route. Prolly AG, than maybe BW masonry route. You can always shop out workboats later.
200 science by 400ad seems good. 5 cities is a touch low for my liking. Science at 80% means you could of expanded more. I did like fact your capital was size 15.
Inca in many ways are really over powered. UU, UB granary and crazy traits.
You really need to upload the saves.
