first to modern armor, let the bloodbath begin

Large map, emporer level, palying Babylon, sharing continent with the Persians. Game went very peacfully until the1600's, wehn I beat everyone to modern armor. In the process of wiping the Persians off the map. All they can muster is infantry and cavalry against my elite armor. Lots of fun

There ain't another unit that can beat Modern Armors. If you get them first, you are going for place of Planet's Supreame Leader. And that's nice! But don't ever make that mistake that make army of Modern Armors because they lose their ability to attack three time per turn. That counts also with Panzer's.

even though you lose your multiple attacks, you gain the more attack power by putting modern armor in the army, dont you? there has to be some benefit of having them in there, seeing as they are so powerful.

What makes modern armor even better is that two succesful attacks with the same unit during one turn always will upgrade the unit to veteran/elite. And this means you can get hordes of leaders.
