I'm on the verge of my first Monarch win. Two continents and I have vassaled all three of my neighbours on mine (it's around the 1700s). Just Lech Walesa on the other continent; his land is smaller and he hasn't been able to trade so I'll soon be past his techs, if I'm not already.
Not sure where to go from here, so I've decided to play out as many different victories as I can and see which turns out to be the quickest. Cultural should be achievable as I've four capital cities to choose from. Conquest and domination will involve an amphibious attack so could take a while to build up enough transports and escorts to get a decent sized army over to Lech. Space will be fairly boring, just pressing enter through the turns.
I'd post the save up but I'm not sure if it will work for everyone. I use the LOR expansion; I guess that won't load in BTS? So I'll report back on my progress!
