I love them! The only observation I could make is that the elven keep looks a bit too fairytalish (really, I just can't resist the urge to comment )

Yes, but you have to decide if they are fantasy for children or for grown-ups...

BTW, are Elves tall or is it just the funny helmets? Cos, in Elder Scrolls High Elves play in the NBA, Dark Elves are normal, and Wood Elves are.. annoying. And short. And Tolkien`s elves are normal height me thinks.

I think those old dudes, Dunedain or whatever, with some elven blood, are taller. But not the elves themselves.

Very nice graphics
Although the not so good roof of the elven tower surprised me (it looks like it was ruined by palette limitations? However you could easily fix it i think since the colours the building uses are not that many)
To a lesser etent the same applies with the colours of the water in the two lakes.
