Do you mean in game? Cause you can change the experience points of a unit and the amount of gold you have with World Builder. That is, if that's what you want to change.

Well it depends on what you want to change, because if you just want to change the gold output or amount of experience a building or unit gives you, I believe that can all be easily found and modded through the XML files. (If you want to learn how to do it, check out some of the really helpful tutorial threads here) Otherwise it will be in the python or sdk files... which I have no idea about, since I haven't really ventured into those yet .
