[FIXED] "Black hole" tile

In the first image you can notice that there's an artillery in a darkened tile near Groningen but you can't see it on the map. If select another unit you can gain control over the artillery again only if you use the Military Overview. The same happens in the strategic view (second image).

EDIT: Removed the savegame because the bug is now fixed.

This has actually happened to me too. It's weird.

This happens to me almost every game and is not just Gods&Kings (I have never installed it), and started before G&K came out.

For me, you can select a unit there and even perform an action (improve or attack or move), but the graphics will not register anything there (railroads won't even connect).
