I noticed that the movement points for units are displayed as unrounded decimals on the Military Overview panel - the tooltip that appears when the mouse is hovered over the number of moves on the left bottom (that shows up as an integer fraction like 3/4) does this as well, but rounded to a few decimal places. Is this the case with other people too?
