Having a major issue with the sound, causing lag related to the movement of the cursor, eventually it will become unplayable and game will need to be closed and reopened.
Moving the cursor after the problem has started will lag the game, sometimes causing it to lock up indefinitely and hard restart required to fix.
Seems to be happening more often when having music or other sound playing in a background browser. I have tried lowering sound settings through Playback Devices properties to no avail.
